Summary:

Dorothy Gale returns to Oz in this film based on two of L. Frank Baum's "Wizard of Oz" books. Instead of singing and dancing down the Yellow Brick Road, Dorothy finds that her old friends have been turned to stone, and that urban blight has struck the emerald city. Assisted by some new friends - Tik-Tok, Jack Pumpkinhead, Billina the Hen, and a strange creature called the Gump - Dorothy succeeds in battling the wicked Princess Mombi, and is able to destroy the evil gnome king, thus saving her friends and restoring the Emerald City.
