Mana, le pouvoir des choses examine l'éventail des croyances à travers le monde. Le terme "croyance" est habituellement associé à la religion, mais pour nous, sa signification va bien au-delà : la croyance mène les marchés financiers et le marché de l'art, elle détermine la manière dont nous préservons le passé, la trace dans les objets, artefacts et souvenirs. La croyance est commune à toutes les traditions et comportements même s'ils apparaissent très éloignés les uns des autres. Presque dès la naissance, chacun de nous tisse activement (et souvent inconsciemment) les réseaux de croyances qui déterminent notre manière de percevoir la totalité et de définir le monde.
Mana, the Power of Things examines the range of beliefs across the world. The term "belief" is usually associated with religion, but for us its meaning goes far beyond that: belief drives the financial markets and the art market, it determines how we preserve the past, the trace in objects, artifacts and memories. Belief is common to all traditions and behaviors even if they appear very distant from each other. Almost from birth each of us actively (and often unconsciously) weaves the web of beliefs that determine how we perceive the whole and define the world.
