- Summary:
- Being a reindeer herder is not just an occupation, it's a way of life. During the winter, Dévi Bouwman has spent nearly three months in Northern Norway living with a reindeer herding family. The everyday life of the family revolves around working with their reindeer and reindeer materials. Winter is a challenging time for the herders, when temperatures drop down to -40 °C and difficult snow conditions are common. The film shows the everyday activities and skills of the herders in the harsh conditions of the arctic.
