As issued by publisher, 10 matted photographs with text printed on the mats, housed in a silver simulated leather and white cloth four-flap portfolio secured with a chromed snap closure. Affixed to exterior of the porfolio are three circular metallic tags, colored blue, green, and silver. Through two cut-outs on the cover can be seen label strips: "Friday Night Fever" with white letters on blue strip, and "Bettie Visits 2001" in black on white.
