Summary:

One glass of beer changed Hee-Yoon Kim's life. She was working as an herbal medicine doctor in 2012, when a single glass of (particularly good) beer inspired her to pursue a new path entirely. Kim now owns The Booth, one of South Korea's largest craft breweries. As the company's creative director, she brews beer and even channeled her knowledge of Korean herbs for Booth's Summer Zen Ale. With tasty new brews, Kim is quickly establishing herself as the spiritual and medicinal leader of Korea's fast-growing craft beer movement. This Great Big Story was made in partnership with Korean Air.
