Kit includes 2i2 Gen 3 USB Interface, Audio-Technica Microphone, and Recording Accessories. the kit provides the Scarlett 2i2 USB interface, which gives you two inputs for your microphones and offers pro-quality preamps for a pristine signal. In fact, Generation 3 of the Scarlett Series gives you an Air setting that lifts the trebles a bit which adds brightness and clarity. Use this setting if your voice is sounding a bit on the dull side. Next, you’ll note the Audio-Technica AT2020 Cardioid Condenser Microphone, which is well suited for recording the spoken word. Also included are a tripod mic stand with a fixed boom arm, as well as a gooseneck nylon pop filter and an XLR mic cable. The gooseneck nylon pop filter can be used to reduce plosives in vocal performances, and it attaches to the included tripod mic stand. An XLR cable allows you to connect your microphone to the Scarlett 2i2. The kit also gives you a pair of over-ear, closed-back headphones.
