Summary:

Ayme Sinclair is a competitive sailor who wants women of all backgrounds to embrace her beloved sport. She sails with Sweet Caroline, a Connecticut-based team that's half female and represents eight countries. Inspired by her exceptionally diverse crew, Ayme launched Sailing Noire: a collective Instagram account that celebrates and promotes inclusivity on the high seas. Sailing Noire has connected Ayme to inspiring sailors around the world and most recently taken her to Kenya, where she helped create the country's first all-female sailing team.
