- In 2012, after two years of procedures, Michaël Sztanke and Julien Alric eventually obtained a visa for North Korea. They came back from their first trip with official images. They could not observe what was hidden behind the showcase of Pyongyang. In 2014, they once again obtained a visa so they could finish their movie. This second submersion in the hermit kingdom allowed them to answer the questions left unresolved during their first trip. How do the North Koreans live? What is the true nature of this ubuesque regime? En 2007, il part s'installer à Hong Kong. De là, il sillonne l'Asie et réalise de nombreux reportages pour Arte, Canal+, France 2, France 24 et M6.
