Summary:

A group of national leaders are led through a hypothetical case study that parallels current events. The hypothetical case study begins with a president who faces gridlock in the budget process as well as dangerously high deficits. How do our leaders balance priorities and values in trying to maintain the nation's economic health? Should there be a Constitutional Convention to propose a balanced budget amendment?
