Included are a section of ms. annotations by an 18th-cent. English owner of the codex and minor non-germane fragments.
Edition limited to 960 numbered and 50 unnumbered copies.
Includes bibliographical references.
The facsimile is bound in brown leatherette embossed with gilt decorations. Spine in six compartments (raised bands). The commentary is bound in pale yellow paperwith gilt-stamped titles. The title on spine is on brown-tooled label.
