Bound in ivory silk(?) with silver, gilt, red, and green embroidery and silver sequins and beads. Housed in red leather pull-off case simulating a book, with gilt decoration. Case with spine title "Annee Nouvell"

Dutch inscription on recto of 2nd leaf, recording ownership of the volume by Petrus Jacobus Josaphius Van Der Steene, dated 18 September 1802. More recent inscription inside back cover dated 1850 listing De Korte, Cruyshautem (now Kruishoutem), and Le Comte Ham-Sur-Heure.
