Summary:
- Interview with H.G. Perry, a former member of the Texas House of Representatives (1920-1922, 1946-1950), a journalist, and brother-in-law to former Governor Coke Stevenson. Perry shares his experiences in the Thirty-seventh Legislature and comments on former Governors Pat Neff, James and Miriam Ferguson, and Coke Stevenson. He also comments on Senator Joe Bailey and Sam Johnson (Lyndon Johnson's father), Southwest Texas machine politics, and meeting with William Jennings Bryan.
