- Based on a true story, hard-luck milkman Melvin Dummar picks up a bum in the Nevada desert. The old man claims to be Howard Hughes and eight years later, Dummar finds himself a beneficiary in the Hughes will. Dummar becomes an instant celebrity while trying to cash in on the fortune.
