Summary:

In 1974 Cheung Chi-mun and his cousin Mark want to leave South Vietnam. Despite the efforts of the corrupt military they succeed in leaving for Hong Kong and set up a small business there. They return to Vietnam to search for Chow Ying-kit, a woman with a dangerous past, just before the fall of Saigon.
