Summary:

Inside Fighting China follows the history of Japan's invasion of China beginning in Sept. 1931. Shows how, under the leadership of Chiang Kai-Shek, the Chinese people traded space for time -- Target: Japan follows the war in the Pacific. -- The fleet that came to stay focusses on the Pacific Theater and the battles of Okinawa and Formosa. Also touches on the Kamikaze planes. Viewers are urged to buy more bonds at the end of the film. -- Fighting men: baptism of fire is in the European Theater where American GIs battle Germans. -- Film Communique, Fifth Issue is a compilation of shorter items emphasizing the need for cooperation between the combat teams at the battle fronts and the workers back home.
